LG’s StanbyME Go monitor comes with its own Suitcase
Famed for its innovative prowess, LG introduces the StandbyME Go, a monitor that defies convention. This revolutionary 27-inch touch-enabled display arrives alongside a travel-friendly suitcase, setting it apart from all prior monitors.
Priced at $999, this monitor serves as an ideal entertainment companion for avid travelers and outdoor enthusiasts. Boasting a 60Hz 1080p LED screen, it is powered by a Li-ion battery delivering up to three hours of usage. An integrated gyroscope enables seamless switching between landscape and portrait orientations.
Despite the price tag, the monitor doesn't compromise on features. It includes Dolby Vision and features built-in 20W speakers that also support Dolby Atmos. The LG StandbyME Go is fueled by the custom Alpha 7 AI processor Gen5 and operates on webOS with Apple AirPlay2 compatibility.
Equipped with a full-sized HDMI port, users can effortlessly connect gaming consoles, laptops, or smart TV dongles. Additionally, as a smart monitor, it offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, enabling access to apps like Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video. A smart remote with quick access buttons for these streaming platforms accompanies the monitor. Notably, the front of the case houses a USB Type-C port, allowing device charging even when closed.
This innovative LG StandbyME Go suitcase monitor is exclusively available in the US, and LG currently includes a complimentary XBoom 360 Bluetooth speaker with each pre-order.
